Due to our fast growth we are hiring more servers and bartenders for the most fun job in the restaurant business!

  • Your primary responsibilities are to deliver food from expo to the proper table and guests. As a server's assistant, your role will also consist of greeting guests and bringing them water and thanking guests as they leave. Keep it clean! Clear and clean tables after guests leave. This will include taking care of the dishware, tabletops, chairs, booths, and floor, and resetting quickly for the next round of guests. This also includes maintaining the outside, courts, and beer garden. Communicate with the guests, the server, and the hostess to ensure great customer service. Be available to fill in when necessary.

  • Provide great hospitality every time by going above and beyond guest expectations. Know regular guests by name; understand their preferences and needs. Know the menu and make recommendations you genuinely feel guests will enjoy. Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system. Keep the dining spaces, patio, beer garden and pickleball courts clean and presentable. Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant and outdoor areas.

  • Welcome and greet all guests in our bar areas, making them comfortable and letting them know you’re there to personally take care of them. Deliver food from the kitchen to our guests in a timely manner. Provide spirited and informed hospitality while building strong guest relationships. Answer questions about our food and beverages. Circulate through the assigned bar/bar areas on a continuous basis to provide superior guest service. Deliver drink orders according to our guidelines to each guest and in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain cash bank and follow established cash handling procedures. Follow and practice all alcoholic beverage laws, policies, and regulations. Continuously watch for signs of intoxication for the protection and enjoyment of all guests. Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required. Always maintain a clean and safe work area and clean section, free from dirty glassware, plastic cups, cans/bottles, and polish all glassware. Clean and maintain reach-in coolers and fixtures in bar area

  • The front desk host will answer phone calls and take reservations for courts or dining as well as ensuring that all guests are checked in when they arrive for their allotted court time. They will welcome and greet guests upon arrival, make guests feel comfortable and let them know you're there to personally take care of them. Know regular guests by name, know their preferences and needs when on a wait, record guest's name and number of people in their party, provide guests with an estimated waiting time if there is one, and seat them as soon as possible when a table becomes available. Seat guests based on their preferences while the balancing of guest flow and server availability. Present guests with a QR code/menu when they are seated, and ensure the table looks up to our standards. This also includes monitoring our outside spaces, and pickleball courts. Lastly, thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.

  • Prepare amazing food from scratch by following our recipes to produce consistent results. Understand and comply consistently with standard cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen practices. Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment. Portion all the products, follow recipes, and always make sure the plate presentation looks great. Keep it clean! Follow sanitization standards, make sure your workstation stays clean and organized, and follow all the food handling standards.

  • Load, run, and unload the dish machine. Always maintain adequate levels of clean tableware. Keep the dish machine clean and make sure the wash cycle is sanitary and effective. Report any problems immediately. Keep the dish room clean and organized, the kitchen floors, and monitor sanitation buckets and production areas. Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss. Follow proper rules of hygiene and food safety measures.

  • Prepare amazing food from scratch following our recipes to produce consistent results. Complete your prep list, efficiently run your station during the shift, follow all specs, and stock food as needed. Rinse and cut raw food products. Portion all the products, follow recipes, and always make sure the plate presentation looks great. Keep it clean! Follow sanitization standards, make sure your workstation stays clean and organized, and follow all the food handling standards.
