OPEN PLAY

Open play is the answer to someone’s question, “Where can I play pickleball?”
It allows people to show up and not have to schedule their own games. Unless otherwise stated, (i.e. Advanced Open Play) Open play sessions are opportunities for all players of any skill level to play on the courts for a set time frame.

In order to play in the Advanced Open Play, you must have a pickleball rating of 4.0 or higher.*

*Ratings include USA Pickleball rating or a Courtside Kitchen Rating

LESSONS/DRILLS

Courtside Kitchen offers drills throughout the week for players to work on their skills. From those who have never picked up a paddle, to experienced players, Courtside has a drill for you. This is an opportunity to learn new skills or to improve upon the ones you already have. Registrations for drills can be done over Courtreserve or over the phone.

DRILLS

INTRO TO PICKLEBALL

A beginners’ best friend! This special introductory class teaches the basics of the game including rules and scoring. It is an easy, fun, and stress-free environment that will have you playing the game in no time. Be sure to bring workout clothes and court shoes. Courtside Kitchen will provide the paddles, balls, and fun!
BEGINNER-INTERMEDIATE DRILL

This is great opportunity to improve pickleball skills (serve, dinking, strategies, etc.) lead by a Courtside Kitchen pickleball pro. This 90-minute class consists of 60 minutes of guided skills practice and 30 minutes of gameplay!
CARDIO PICKLEBALL

This is for those who want to get their heart rate going! This drill consists of high energy games designed to keep players moving and limiting the down time. A combination of singles and doubles drills be utilized to meet the needs of the drill. Quick rotations and short bursts are the name of the game. Maximum of 6 per court.

PRIVATE LESSONS

If you want a little more focused or personalized pickleball experience, private lessons are available with one of Courtside Kitchen’s certified pros. Regardless of level, these one-on-one sessions are catered to the needs of the individual player.
SEMI-PRIVATE / SMALL GROUP

If you and a friend(s) of similar level want a fun learning experience, then this is your answer. A Certified pro will guide you and a partner or small group in learning the game, enhancing skills, or expanding gameplay strategies. This is an opportunity to do something active with friends of similar ability!
