  • Do I have to play pickleball?

    NO! Our indoor restaurant will rival any of the high-end dining in the city! You can belly up to the bar and grab a drink and watch the game. Our outdoor beer garden allows patrons to sit outside and listen to some of Fort Worth’s talented local musicians.

  • Do I have to bring my own paddle?

    You can if you’d like, we also offer paddles and balls to rent.

  • What type of shoes should I wear?

    Athletic shoes with non-marking soles are ideal.

  • Do I need to sign a waiver to play?

    You do! Visit the link here to sign our liability waiver before you get on the courts.

  • Are there indoor courts?

    There are 2 covered courts, 5 tented courts, and two outdoor.

  • How do I reserve courts?

    The pickleball courts can be reserved three ways:

    1. Online through Courtreserve or Courtreserve App
      (the best way!)

    2. Walk-In

    3. Over the phone

  • If I have never played, what is the best option for me?

    For those that are just starting out, we recommend grabbing a friend and registering for an “Intro to Pickleball” lesson. These classes are a great way to get a step-by-step introduction to pickleball, a basic overview of the rules, and scoring.

    If you’d like a little more personal attention or to develop a few more skills, Courtside Kitchen offers tailored lessons. Whether you want a private session, or a small group of friends of similar skill level, we will accommodate your needs.

  • Are dogs allowed?

    Courtside Kitchen prohibits bringing pets (a domestic animal kept for pleasure or companionship) to work or having a pet in Courtside Kitchen-controlled buildings and premises, with the exception of service animals for a person with disabilities.

  • What if there is bad weather?

    Courtside Kitchen believes first and foremost in the safety of its patrons. The courts may close in rainy weather or the court conditions are so that they are not safe to play. Being too hot or too cold does not qualify as inclement weather.

    A notice will be sent out to all reservations affected by the inclement weather. If your reservation is affected by inclement weather, full credit will be added to your courtreserve account and can be applied to a future reservation.

  • Does Courtside Kitchen (restaurant) take reservations?

  • Do you offer group events?

  • Can I bring outside food or drink?

    No outside food or drink will be allowed on the courts or in the restaurant.

  • What are the hours of operation?

  • Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations that are 24 hours in advance (including inclement weather) will result in a credit to your Courtreserve account to use for a future reservation.
    Any cancellation within 4 hours of your scheduled start time will be subject to a full charge.

  • Right to Refuse Service

    We are a family-friendly business, however, if the conduct of any person/child is deemed unruly, Courtside Kitchen reserves the right to refuse service.

  • How much does it cost to play?

    Court pricing varies depending on the day and time you choose. You can access available options and pricing at any time here.

  • Can you put me in a group for semi-private lessons?

    If you know people you want to play with, you can sign up to be in a group with them. If you don't already have a group but want to play with others at your skill level consider one of our level specific drills or open play courts.

  • Can I order food and drinks while I'm playing pickleball?

    Definitely! You can use our court side QR codes to order food and drink directly to your court.

  • Do you have paddles available?

    Courtside has all the equipment you need to play and have fun! You can rent paddles and balls to use on our courts and we also have equipment and merchandise available to purchase in our pro shop!

  • We're having a lot of fun! Can I extend my court time?

    We love it when players are having a great time at Courtside Kitchen! While our courts are often reserved back-to-back, you can always check with the front desk to see whether your court or another court has availability. If we do, we'd love to see you stay longer.

  • If I'm running late, will I lose my reservation?

    No, if you can make it to Courtside Kitchen within your reservation time, you will still have the remainder of your reservation to play.

  • Does Courtside Kitchen have heated courts?

    Yes! Cold weather can’t stop our pickleball fun! We have heated tents with industrial heaters to keep you warm while you eat, drink, and dink.
